Shipping Cost: $12.99 Priority Mail USPS

Free Shipping: Orders over $200 qualify for USPS 2–3 Day Shipping within the continental USA.

Shipping Areas: We currently ship within the United States only. PO Boxes are not accepted; a physical business address is required.

Tracking: Once your order ships, a tracking number will be emailed. Please check your spam/junk folder if you don’t see it.

Returns & Refunds Policy

Due to the sensitive and perishable nature of our products, all sales are final. Refunds or replacements may be offered only if the product arrives incorrect, defective, or damaged. Issues must be reported within 7 days of delivery by emailing us at  encoreresearchlabs@gmail.com and including documentation such as photographs.
