What are peptides ?

How pure are your catalog peptides?
The HPLC purity of our peptides is 99% or higher. We are continuously testing all of our raw powders and finished products.
Who does Encore Research Labs sell peptides to?
Encore Research Labs operates strictly as a business-to-business (B2B) peptide supplier. We supply products to scientific researchers, academic institutions, biotechnology firms, and pharmaceutical companies conducting pre-clinical research and drug development. We are not a retail pharmacy and do not sell peptides directly to the general public.
Are there any countries where peptides cannot be delivered?
Currently, Encore Research Labs ships only within the United States. We do not deliver to residential or personal addresses—orders must be shipped to verified research institutions, universities, or companies. All products are for research purposes only and not for clinical or human use.
Do you provide Certificates of Analysis (COAs)?
Yes. Certificates of Analysis (COAs) are available for all products upon request. Each COA verifies purity, composition, and analytical results for the specific batch.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days. Expedited or same-day shipping may be available upon request and at an additional fee. All orders ship via USPS Priority Mail. Standard delivery time is typically 2–3 business days once shipped; however, delivery time frames are not guaranteed.
Do I need specific credentials to purchase from Encore Research Labs ?
Yes. When placing an order, you confirm that you: Are 21 years of age or older, and are a licensed researcher, a laboratory, or a verified institution engaged in legitimate scientific study. Encore Research Labs reserves the right to request proof of credentials and may cancel or refuse orders at its discretion.
Why do vials look mostly empty?
Most compounds are present in low milligram or microgram quantities that take up very little space in the vial. This does not indicate reduced quality or potency.
Do our products degrade during shipping?
Our products are vacuum sealed to ensure quality and stability so there is no degradation during shipping and the product itself is stable at room temperature for over a year when sealed.
Do you accept returns or issue refunds?
Due to the sensitive and perishable nature of our products, all sales are final. Refunds or replacements may be offered only if the product arrives incorrect, defective, or damaged. Issues must be reported within 7 days of delivery by emailing us at and including documentation such as photographs.
