1. TRANSACTION PRIVACY NOTIFICATION

To safeguard lab operations and preserve buyer confidentiality, Encore Research Labs utilizes a decentralized payment structure. By placing an order, you agree to a legally binding agreement to follow the precise instructions outlined below for your selected payment method.

2. BANK CARD PAYMENTS & STATEMENT DESCRIPTORS

Securing stable merchant processing within the laboratory supply sector requires cooperation with external management groups and fulfillment partners.

  • Chargeback Sanctions: Any account initiating a chargeback based on an “unfamiliar merchant name” will be blacklisted indefinitely. We vigorously contest all banking disputes by submitting the user’s IP tracking logs alongside their signed digital checkout confirmation.
  • Recognizing Statement Entries: Buyers acknowledge that line items on bank statements or credit card histories will not display the title “Encore Research Labs.” Instead, charges are routed through parent corporations, logistical companies, or standard non-descript billing labels.
  • Pre-Dispute Mediation: You agree to contact our customer support desk to audit any unfamiliar charges on your statement before filing a claim with your financial institution.

3. ZELLE & MANUAL TRANSFER (STRICT MEMO PROCEDURES)

Manual electronic bank transfers demand flawless compliance with our security protocols.

  • The “Order Number Only” Rule: You must include ONLY your Order Number in the memo/description field.
  • Banned Keywords: Users are strictly forbidden from mentioning words such as “Encore Research Labs,” “Peptides,” “Chemicals,” “RUO,” or individual compound/ product names
  • Account Violation Penalty: If you include prohibited keywords and trigger a bank flag on our accounts, we reserve the right to forfeit the funds as liquidated damages to cover account replacement charges. Under these circumstances no products will be shipped.
  • Fulfillment Confirmation: After completing the Zelle payment, you must return to our store checkout page and press the confirmation button indicating your payment was sent. If you only close the pop-up without clicking this button, our team will not be notified to manually verify your funds. This will delay your order.
  • Processing Time: Approval typically occurs within 24 hours but may take up to 72 hours.

4. CRYPTOCURRENCY PAYMENTS (BTC)

  • Address Accuracy: You must copy the wallet ID exactly as shown. BTC transactions routed to the wrong address are unrecoverable.
  • Network Fees & Speed: We strongly recommend selecting “Priority” or “High” speed if allowed by your exchange. We also recommend sending a slight overage (a few cents extra) to account for market fluctuations and exchange withdrawal fees.
  • Confirmations: Payments are usually confirmed on the blockchain within one hour. If your transaction has not been validated after a 6 hour window , please contact our support desk with your Order Number and Transaction ID.

5. TRANSACTION FINALITY

In accordance with our Refund Policy, we do not offer cash or credit reversals. Once a Zelle or BTC payment is sent, it cannot be reversed. If you request a cancellation before an order is processed, a store credit may be issued at our sole discretion.

6. SECURITY & IDENTIFICATION

The Company maintains the right to request additional identification or verification for any transaction suspected of being fraudulent. Failure to provide requested verification will result in the immediate cancellation of the order and a permanent ban from the platform.
